Research shows that one of the strongest predictors of successful therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. Finding the right therapist isn’t always simple, and it’s important that you feel understood and supported. That’s why I offer a complimentary consultation—an opportunity for you to share what you value in therapy and for me to explain my approach. Together, we can decide whether working together feels like the right fit.

Individual Counseling

Relationship/Couples Counseling

I welcome couples of all backgrounds, identities, and relationship styles. Together, we’ll create a safe space where each person feels seen and supported as you strengthen connection, understanding, and growth.

Insurance & Payment
I am not currently in-network with insurance providers. However, I’m happy to provide a detailed superbill (including my NPI and necessary coding) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed—it’s the client’s responsibility to confirm coverage directly with their insurance provider.
Payment is due at the time of service.
